Hello My name is Kori Parker. I have been a Sales Consultant here at Barker Motor Company for almost 10 years now. I am from Indianapolis, but have been in the Bloomington/Normal area for over 30 years now. I have been in the business for over 20 years with two years off to finish up School. I have three beautiful children, all of them girls ranging from 25 to 5 years old. Along with those three beautiful girls I have a beautiful Wife who I have been with for over 10 years now. I work with many different people everyday, when I do we like to have fun as well as get them in the right vehicle of their choice. When I am not working I do enjoy spending time with my family and working out when I get the chance too. 36,500 for a 2019 Toyota 4 runner that was sold to me with no emergency brake system. Yes they fixed the issue took almost a month AND took to their dealer that created the problem against MY specific with no emergency brake system. Yes they fixed the issue took almost a month AND took to their dealer that created the problem against MY specific request not too. Yet dont think they are obligated to refund part of the purchase price of 10% min. Offered a couple oil changes I countered with 1500. That was almost a week ago. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM SINCE.. COMPLAINTS ARE BEING FILED WITH BBB, IL AG. AND ANYWHERE ELSE I CAN POSSIBLY SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM DEALING WITH THIS PLACE. WISH I COULD AFFORD A LAWYER I WOULD SUE........ Only care about you until they get the money.......... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DEALER. Absolutely REGRET BUYING FROM THIS DEALER. Had a great experience buying a used vehicle at Barker Buick GMC Cadillac. Drake, our salesman, was fantastic. There was zero pressure and we felt well-respected.
