Kon has treated me more like a friend than a client each time I have been in the dealership. Today I stopped by for a car wash and had no intention of bothering him because I know what it is to work a job and have many to-do's on my plate. Kon made a point to notice that I was in the waiting area watching tv and came over to see how I was and if I needed anything. I told him that I had a couple of questions, and he undertook immediately to see that I received the answers I was looking for. On the first question, he took off to research it and giet me the answer; on the second question, he brought someone from the service department to meet me and answer me accurately; and on the third question, he went out to the car with me after the wash was completed to show me how to listen to the apps that I have on my iphone--something that I couldn't fiigure out from reading the manual on my own. It is service and kindness and personal attention like this that will continue to bring me back to Crown in the future. Service like this is just unheard of in our present-day business world--at least, it has been for me. I want to thank Crown for providing such excellent and professional help in their sales force. I have become a loyal customer of Crown through the wonderful treatment that I have received through Kon Chumak. More

Because of an extremely unpleasant customer service experience at "another" Mercedes Benz dealership, I had strongly considered not purchasing my first Mercedes. I decided to give it another try and experience at "another" Mercedes Benz dealership, I had strongly considered not purchasing my first Mercedes. I decided to give it another try and I made a call to Crown Eurocars. My sales consultant was Mr. Konstantine Chumak. I shared my previous experience with him and he assured me that I would be properly taken care of at Crown. The service I received was nothing short of “FANTASTIC!” Mr. Chumak did everything possible to assist me in choosing the perfect vehicle. I wanted a Mercedes Benz M-Class 350. Mr. Chumak found the “PERFECT” vehicle for me. I can not accurately convey how well I was treated my Konstantine. I did not experience the pressure tactics I previously encountered at “another” dealership and most of all Mr. Chumak made sure that understood each level of the purchasing process. My M-CLASS was cleaned and detailed on the day I took possession of it, however I was most impressed with the fact that Konstantine took the time to demonstrate and explain the outstanding features of my new M-Class. I am extremely pleased with my car buying experience. I highly recommend Crown Eurocars and Konstantine. Thank you Crown and more importantly thank you Konstantine because it was largely due to your professionalism, kindness and patience which made this the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.
