It was 7- 10 minutes...and it happened! From that moment forward, I was communicated with and helped constantly being told precisely how many more minutes the next step would take and they were right, very professional and attentive. I felt like I was in the ambiance of a dining lounge, private, comfy booths in plenty of natural beautiful light and great music playing, offered coffee and water, what a great experience! There were no hidden fees, no haggling just attentive, excellent management in a cozy environment. How refreshing! More

I will admit, I was a sucker and bought a vehicle from here. However, they sold me a car with filthy oil (no oil change done) and more than likely just cleared the code for the check engine light. They didn't have the inside clean either, I keep finding random crap in the car - hairbrushes, hair ties, safety pins, crumbs and spills under the seats. The finance guy was also super pushy and really wanted us to get the warranty that literally didn't cover much (or our issue). Tried to contact our salesperson but received no responses back. Live and learn, I guess. More
