I recently purchased an Audi from Crest. The car needed some touchups as it was used, and by the time I picked it up, the car was immaculate. Gage was my dealer and was extremely easy to wor The car needed some touchups as it was used, and by the time I picked it up, the car was immaculate. Gage was my dealer and was extremely easy to work with. Koffi, the sales manager was a part of the process along the way, and really made the experience enjoyable. I had one small issue that needed recalibrated the day after I purchased, they got me in the next day and had my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. This really has been a great experience, and I will continue to buy my cars from here! 10/10 customer service and I love my new car. More

I had a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Barry the salesperson and he showed me the two used cars I had my eye on. We test drove both. Gage was great. Billy dropped the ball a few times, and I asked to switch to Gage because he was always prompt and provided the information I requested. Even if he didn't know the answer, he was quick to find it. I likely would not have bought a car from Crest if it were not for Gage. My wife and I are particular about the cleanliness of a vehicle. Gage and his manager were also willing to work with us to find a resolution to the issue we had with one of the seat belts being very dirty. I feel that everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and could come to a deal where everyone was happy. I would recommend Crest to a friend. More
