Felix did a great job selling the car and seeing to every detail after the sale. Crest team has a follow up process that makes you wish AI was further along than it is. We worked our deal through Corey which not to shame him but seems he has not been in the business very long so I tried was further along than it is. The management staff seemed to not give him answers in a timely manner and was tough to get responses. We ended up doing the deal and paid for transportation to Colorado. Along the route the driver informed me that they had been hit by a rock and cracked the windshield to which they instructed me to reach out to the dealership and they would help me with the repair. Upon delivery I took picture and sent them to Corey regarding stains and missing equipment that was clearly in the video he had sent me a couple days prior, and a screw in the tire ( I did not mention this to them as I figured it was a quick plug). He told me he would get it the detail department and managers and see what he could do. When I finally decided to reach back out, because I had not heard back he told me that the missing items were not available and i was a little confused as they were clearly in the video. When I expressed that the key tag said it was key 1/2 he suddenly found the key and mailed it out to me, but said that they would not be able to provide the missing hose nor a response to the broken windshield. After 2 weeks of leaving messages for the management team I finally got a call back from Khodie the sales manager claiming that I had deceived them regarding the damages on our trade-in (hail) that I clearly pointed out multiple times to them and sent detailed photos. The conversation I had with Khodie seemed like he was trying to strong arm me not knowing that I was in the business which he got angry and threatened me with “If I post a review that will not be the last time I would be hearing from them”. Hence the reason I am writing this review to show people what kind of experience you can expect. I imagine I’ll be hearing from them soon. More
