I came in for an oil, change, tire rotation, and balance of tires if needed. When I picked up the truck at the end of the day, it was evident that something was seriously wrong. The truck was fishtailing. I of tires if needed. When I picked up the truck at the end of the day, it was evident that something was seriously wrong. The truck was fishtailing. I drove it back to the dealership and was told the technician Did not put the back tires on all the way. In addition he lost a Lugnut. Tire rotation seems like it’s pretty simple procedure and due to lack of paying attention to detail it could’ve turned into a significant safety issue. Kobe was very pleasant but I am not sure I would come back due to The technicians lack of attention to detail and concern for Safety. More
