The service department seems to be ok. They are a little pricey but so are most shops. The used car sales team is very dishonest and will hide the truth if there is a problem. When I returned it they thanked me but told me I was xxxx out of luck because they didn't have a second fob for my car and wouldn't make one for me. I went elsewhere to obtain a fob and vow to never give them any of my business again. More

The sales manager at Supreme Ford found out what I wanted and since there was no match on the lot, she found me one over 400 miles away. She then made sure my hitch kit was ordered and installed.
