The group in this dealership is amazing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and got it exactly at the price point I wanted to pay monthly. The place was clean and the people I had final contact with were great including the service department. My initial contact was okay at first then it fell apart. Each was in great condition for being previously owned. They do a great job at making a previously used car feel like a new one. Tom S. was very helpful as we looked at two different options. We hadn't planned to purchase that day, but the team went above and beyond to help us create a deal we were satisfied with. This was far and away the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a car for cash - and it took them over 4 hours. Then, the vehicle turned out to be such a lemon that when I brought it ba I've ever had. I bought a car for cash - and it took them over 4 hours. Then, the vehicle turned out to be such a lemon that when I brought it back to them, they subtracted $1,000 from the amount I was refunded. But wait... There's more. Two weeks later, the check they said would be mailed to me never arrived. When I went into the dealership, they told me they would look into it. They found the check was sitting in their business office. A week later, the I still haven't received the check - and Kit... Well, I've had more productive conversations with my cat than with this uncaring, unprofessional, incompetent excuse for a sales manager. More
