I was sent a video of some person screaming belligerently and another person trying to tell me about my vehicle while the other person is having some sort of mental breakdown, it was the most bizarre and dis and another person trying to tell me about my vehicle while the other person is having some sort of mental breakdown, it was the most bizarre and disgusting behavior that this service team seems to be proud of, I don’t understand why they would treat me like that when I’m just trying to get my vehicle serviced and bringing them revenue, it doesn’t make any sense.And then every time I get my vehicle serviced they send me this survey which comes across as extremely desperate for any possible positive response, well it’s not happening here, not after that. More

If Maita wasn’t so close to my house I wouldn’t use them I have a service package with my truck but haven’t been happy. I asked for my tires to be checked for a leak and was told it would be done. It wasn’t I have a service package with my truck but haven’t been happy. I asked for my tires to be checked for a leak and was told it would be done. It wasn’t the day after I picked truck up I had to have tire repaired. After one service one of my lug nuts was missing ( the one that locks) when I called I was told it was already missing, up to that point no other service place had taken the wheels off that truck except them and I feel if it was missing they should have told me at time of service. Seems unsafe to have something like that missing. More

They neglected to put my car back together correctly and didn’t care that I had to wast my time, money and gas to bring the vehicle back to have them fix their mistake. A simple "complimentary" 1st time oil change took 90 minutes, with an appointment! They didn't even wash my car or offer to wash my car. Elk Grove Toyota never took more than 45 minutes for the same se minutes, with an appointment! They didn't even wash my car or offer to wash my car. Elk Grove Toyota never took more than 45 minutes for the same service and ALWAYS washed my car. My husband had similar negative experiences with the Subaru he bought at Maita, 2-3 hours for services that should have taken half that time. Neither of us will ever return to a Maita dealership. When I bought my used Prius there last year, they lied to me, did not give me the trade-in amount they had promised. They sold me a car with no spare tire, even though on the inspection checklist they checked off that it was included, and never answered my email or voicemail inquiries about it! Also, there was no cargo cover, even though the online description said "covered cargo area". How do you sell a Prius without a cargo cover?! It's like driving with the trunk wide open. They said it was an extra $600+! I found one on Amazon for $90, including shipping and tax. Don't go to Maita! Go to Elk Grove Toyota or Folsom Lake Toyota or ANYWHERE else. More
