Looks like they make money on your breaks - this story happened 2 times on both my cars - avoid them at all cost! More

I even spoke to the service manager while purchasing the vehicle, who was very informed, and made me feel confident about the car I was purchasing. The delivery was just fun, and the car was beautifully prepared. Overall a very enjoyable experience, and a wonderful Automobile. More

Great Experience with Mr. Obaid Syed at Scarborough Toyota I am a customer with Scarborough Toyota since the last four years. I purchased my first Cambry in 2011 and had a very positive experience at that time I am a customer with Scarborough Toyota since the last four years. I purchased my first Cambry in 2011 and had a very positive experience at that time with the sales person, who unfortunately is not working there anymore. I met Obaid Syed for my second car purchase and was able to make a deal in my first visit last week. Obaid is very pleasant to deal with and assisted me to make the right decision. Though he is a sales person and his job is to sale, but he was selling me the ideas and not the product. Such warmth and genuine professionalism is not very common; he kept his priorities straight! Obaid has a pleasant personality and he responded to all of my questions with his knowledge. I was debating whether to lease or purchase the next car and Obaid assisted me in making the right decision. I would highly recommend this dealership and and particularly Mr. Obaid. When the car was being delivered, Obaid explained to me in details various features and he wanted me to be sure that I was comfortable with all of the new features in the car. He even reminded me to get my cash back even though I have forgotton. He was not able to provide me with some of the other items that I wanted, but he tried and I appreciate all of the time and efforts. My husband and I just bought the new 2014 LE Eco Corolla. Jian was informative and helpful. He took the time to explain our options and offered us a great deal. We had not initially planned to purchase the vehicle during this visit but everything went so smoothly that we ended up buying the car. Amir then spent some time with us as we proceeded through the sales agreement and financing arrangements. He too was very helpful. While we were in the dealership we decided to have our other car ( Toyota Scion TC) serviced with an oil change. Imagine our surprise when Amir informed us that he would take care of that cost as well. Not a big deal in terms of dollars but priceless in terms of good will and client loyalty. The entire experience was outstanding. Thanks guys! Oh and thanks to Kirsten as well for her warm welcome! More

Damien was very helpful in helping us make the decision. We took a few for a test drive and made our decision from there. Super salesman! We have since brought in our vehicle for service and it is so nice to be able to go online and book your appointment. I was also having some trouble with the latch on the remote for the trunk and we were able to come up with a workable solution in the meantime. Very pleased with the level of service at Scarborough Toyota as well. All around great experience More
