This service department totally sucks. I had a broken distance on my cruise control, but my speed control was working. So I told the service department that I needed to replace the broken I had a broken distance on my cruise control, but my speed control was working. So I told the service department that I needed to replace the broken part. He responded that he would have to diagnose the problem which will cost me $299, this is outrageous. Do not buy anything from this dealer. I am going to switch to Chevrolet and I am been a loyal purchaser of Ford products for 50 years. They could care less. More

Worst customer service ever! Stopped using their Service Dept. 7-8 years ago due to horrible experiences with their customer service dept/staff/and upper management, bought 4 ca Stopped using their Service Dept. 7-8 years ago due to horrible experiences with their customer service dept/staff/and upper management, bought 4 cars/trucks from them! Could not get in fast enough for to FF Dealer in LV as we were leaving for a trip, so took our Ford 250 Super Duty in to Ford Country at their scheduled appt time of 8:15 10/5. Told them to get back to us ASAP with the issue and resolution as we needed the truck back the next day in the afternoon, we were leaving town. NO ONE called us until late in the day stating could not figure what issue was and needed a supervisor to look at it. Called and asked for the supervisor, George who stated it was just tire issue, told to replace all of them as we had planned to anyway. George stated tires ordered and would be in by 9am next day, Thurs. No one again called with update Thurs., called George who stated tires do not come in, no one bothered to call or go pick up the tires, just DROPPED THE BALL. Tires now due in Friday AM. Called spoke with Kirsten, Customer Relations Manager; just went thru a whole bunch of excuses, how sorry it happened and so on, just stating what she is train to and then does nothing at all.. She even stated that they do not make any $$ on selling/installing tires!! By the time the tires were received, installed and process completed is was close to 3:30 PM Friday. Ford Country has the worst track record possible in customer service from the entry staff level to upper management. When upper management DOES NOT CARE about their customer service once they sold the cars or service the cars that trickles down to the all of their employees and boy does it show! Left msg with Exc. Sec. for for the General Mgr, Brad C. which true to past experience NOT EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER RETURNED OUR CALL. Never again will we step foot into Ford Country, will continue to buy Ford and get service from FF Dealer Ship in Las Vegas, best group of people ever is found right there!! More
