I bought my 2024 vehicle in because of failed sensor. Was told it wasn’t covered because stone caused damage. Very disappointing. When told of cost Kristen said she would try and reduce cost. Instead Was told it wasn’t covered because stone caused damage. Very disappointing. When told of cost Kristen said she would try and reduce cost. Instead I got on tack on fee for shop supplies. This was an electronic sensor. When asked about supplies was told it was an automatic charge regardless of service. This at best disceptive and at worse fraudulent. She said it was on form I signed when approving work.. I never signed anything for this cost, was given a verbal quote. Even if I did sign something, if RD was honest, they would tell you up front, not bury in verbiage. Well good for you guys sticking with another $40. I will be replacing my 2016 Mazda this year and you just loss the sale. Enjoy your $40. I will be sure to let anyone who ask me where to buy, no longer RD More

She had my car less than 12 hours and she want to charge me $200 for diagnostics for a vehicle that had bumper-to-bumper warranty. She was awful. My car never got diagnosed and they held it for a week and n me $200 for diagnostics for a vehicle that had bumper-to-bumper warranty. She was awful. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.
