Overall, the staff was kind, and I understand that everyone has a job to do, but I can't shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of, possibly because I'm a woman. We spent the entire day discussing a 2025 model, only to end up with a 2024. While I acknowledge it's my responsibility to double-check details, the change was never clearly communicated, which feels quite deceptive. It's probably a tactic the sales team is trained to use, but it left me feeling uneasy. Additionally, I suspect the MSRP of my vehicle was inflated to make it seem like I was getting a better deal on my trade-in. More
