I received a call that day saying the recall would take longer than thought and have to keep it another day, but now a loaner would be available, if I wanted to have my wife drive me the 30 minutes back to dealership! No thanks!

I have subsequently been back to Garber Randall Cadillac for a few very minor issues with the car and Kirk has taken care of me each time. Both times I've been in, Kirk has taken care of my concerns very swiftly and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I can tell, by the interactions I overheard while I was there both times, that the service I received was not at all uncommon. Every conversation I heard by all Service Advisors and Sales Associates was exactly the same...warm, friendly and highly competent. I highly recommend Garber Randall Cadillac, Buick, GMC service and sales departments - these folks are all about excellent customer service!

A fuel related module went on my '21 Acadia and the
vehicle was towed to the dealership where I purchased it, even though it was not the closest GMC dealership. It took just over a week to assess and

Luckily, it was covered under warranty. The only disappointments were the time to repair and I assumed the vehicle ran through the wash bay after service - maybe I was wrong. Because the visit did not exceed my expectations, I would probably choose a more convenient dealership next time. It is not a necessarily a negative, just an honest statement.
