I recently had a fantastic experience at World Subaru in Shrewsbury. I don’t recall the name of the finance woman, but she was equally pleasant and made the paperwork process stress-free. Kirk Smith was also great and very knowledgeable, providing excellent support. A random phone call about the status of my lease being up in January led to an unexpected trip to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to look at a 2016 Forester which turned into coming home with a 2024 Legacy. Thank you Joe Wajda and Tim, Mike L., Tara, Kirk, Rudy, Kristen and Joe(?) for making it an amazing experience with a much better outcome than I have originally hoped! Buying a car was never so easy! Kirk, Travis, and Tara were awesome. Travis was the sales person, but never once did I feel like he was "selling" me. He helped us feel good about the process and made sure we were confident in our choices. It was the best experience I have had when purchasing a car. I left feeling like he worked to get me the best deal and I actually felt good leaving the dealership. Tara spent time going over the car with us, she is funny, patient, and so knowledgeable about how the Subaru works. She made sure we were comfortable with driving our new car and gave us her card and told us to call with any questions and meant it. Kirk spoke with me on the phone and encouraged me to come in just to see if Subaru was the car for us as we had been long time Ford customers, I am so happy he did.. Thank you World Subaru for proving exceptional service with honesty, transparency, and care! More

Recently my car broke down and I was in desperate need of transportation. The staff at World Subaru made my experience easy and painless. JR and Mike worked endlessly to find me the best car that suited my needs and kept all the options within my price range. Tara was so nice and did an amazing job explaining to me the features in my car and made sure I left there knowing everything about it. The customer service and professionalism exuded by everyone that helped me during my visit there far surpassed anything I could have hoped for. After such an amazing experience I plan to use World Subaru for all my future car buying needs ! More

Staff was great. Answered my questions. All were helpful and professional. Would like information about all the warranty information before to make informed decisions about what I needed and what was duplic and professional. I would feel less pressure if I knew what I was going to be offered so that I could do the research ahead and come in and make the decision.
