Kirk Brown, in particular, was instrumental in making my Ford Bronco ordering process smooth and enjoyable. His knowledge of the vehicle and his patience in explaining all the available options were exemplary. He took the time to understand my preferences and needs, and he guided me through the various trim levels, features, and accessories to help me customize my Bronco exactly the way I wanted it. Kirk's enthusiasm and passion for the Ford Bronco were infectious, and it's clear he loves what he does. Not only did Kirk provide exceptional service, but the entire sales team at the dealership was top-notch. The atmosphere was friendly, and I genuinely felt like a valued customer. Now, about the 2023 Ford Bronco itself – I waited a couple months to receive my bronco, which was supposed to take 5-6 months to deliver, so I was thrilled when I saw that it had come in early. After driving it for a couple of weeks now, I can happily say that the car is simply awesome!
