Courtesy lift home after I dropped of car made it possible to get back to work and not miss any time. I purchased 2 out of 3 Explorers from Zimmermann/Hawk, I'll most likely get my 4th from there too. More

Unequivocally the best new vehicle purchase experience! From the moment I spotted the vehicle I wanted, to the time I took delivery, the entire experience I had with Hawk Ford St. Charles was nothing short From the moment I spotted the vehicle I wanted, to the time I took delivery, the entire experience I had with Hawk Ford St. Charles was nothing short of amazing!! Melissa in internet sales, Marty as the sales manager, and Kirk my final sales consultant were all top notch professionals. I've bought new vehicles for over 40 years, and I can honestly say this was the best overall buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was kind, professional, accomodating and not at all pushy. Gone was that ugly feeling you would get after you made the deal and left with your new purchase, knowing full well you just got taken to the cleaners over the deal you just made. I am completely satisfied with every part of this transaction, and for once I feel thrilled to own my new Escape without any buyer's remorse whatsoever. I highly recommend Hawk Ford, and especially Kirk Brown in sales, as well as Marty who is calling the deals. You can TRUST these two to be fair and honest with you. Kirk is an awesome sales consultant that has been in the business a long time, and is successful because he knows how to treat people right. Do yourself a favor, purchase your next vehicle at Hawk Ford, and leave with a smile on your face and that ugly feeling is no longer there, because you were just taken care of by the best in the business!! Years ago I had a meeting with Edsel Ford about dipsticks......the result: dipsticks were modified with holes drilled to help read oil level better...….and I have owned lots of Ford vehicles.....starting with my '49 8N Ford Tractor and my "53 Ford Pickup...… With that background, I have to say that the $$ 385.00 key fob for our '17 EDGE is the DUMBEST thing Ford Management has ever done...…...all so I can have a key forb like a Mercedes. Go back the simple electronic key like I have in my '12 Expedition. For 70% of the cost of a Mercedes you get 95% of the value in a FORD--Be who you are---dump the Mercedes Key Fob. Rich Brennan More

Change isn’t always bad I’ve been a fan of Ford products for a while, and dealt mostly with Zimmerman Ford. When the dealership was sold to HAWK Auto Group, a large, multi-un I’ve been a fan of Ford products for a while, and dealt mostly with Zimmerman Ford. When the dealership was sold to HAWK Auto Group, a large, multi-unit, multi-brand dealer, I was worried that things wouldn’t be the same. The first couple of times I needed service, I saw a couple familiar faces and that was reassuring. Each visit, everything has been handled well, and I’m pleased. Then, this month, the lease ran out on my primary vehicle, so I returned to sales. Kirk Brown, the sales associate that I have found to be the most professional, knowledge filled, and respectful guy in the business is still there. He helped me to select a new car, and when lease end came, my new Ford Edge SEL was waiting for me. Kirk walked me through most of the paperwork and turned me over to Marty, the finance closer. I hate closing with a finance guy, but Marty was a surprise. Like Kirk, he knows his business, and treated me with respect I’ve not seen from one in his position before. Kirk then walked me through all the new gadgetry on my new ride, shook my hand, and sent on my way. Any fear I had with dealing with these guys has disappeared. More
