We were interested in a 17 Impreza Sport Hatchback in Island Blue Pearl, which was hard to find with Eyesight and a moonroof (two of the options very important to my parents). Kiril advised me that the exact vehicle we were looking for will be coming in the next week. Unfortunately, my parents having busy schedules, the day we were suppose to come in and check out different models was a couple days before the arrival date of the vehicle. Out of surprise Kiril contacted me, and told me the vehicle arrived early and will be held for us till we came in. The day I showed up with my parents, we were greeted right away from Kiril. He showed us the vehicle on hold for us and let us test drive it. My parents fell in love with it without even test driving any other models. After that came all the paperwork. Al Hassan was the Finance Manager that took care of us. He broke everything down and helped us understand everything. After the papers were signed, the vehicle was all cleaned up and ready for us to take home. Kiril even took the time to help us learn everything about all the electronics in the vehicle. It is a beautiful white 2016 WRX/STi with a gorgeous wing on the back that makes it stand out from the crowd! It all started back in August when as I was looking to replace my car at that time, as the lease on it was going to be due pretty soon. So as I always do when that time comes, I started to look around for the best bang for my buck. I did have Subaru in my mind, as some of my friends have Subaru vehicles, and all of them are beyond happy with their choice they made. So I decided to look it up. Went online on the configuration screen (build your own) and selected all the options I would need in the STi, and was pleasantly surprised that I am not going to have to empty my bank account in order to get one. I submitted a request for an agent to contact me at their earliest convenience. Grand Subaru was listed as the closest dealer near my location, and Kiril called me shortly after I put my information in the configurator. It was a pleasant conversation, and there was not a hint of him trying to push me, or simply trying sell me a car just because he needed the extra sale in his ledger. We set up an appointment right away and looked at the options available for the STi. Needless to say, I was very pleased at how easily the whole process really was. I had questions – Kiril had the answers. That’s it! This is the exact experience I am looking for, whenever I am in the market to buy anything. And because this was a very big deal (it is a car after all), I was very pleasantly surprised, that sales people like Kiril even exist. He was upfront about everything that could have possibly happen down the road, so I could be prepared for it (it never did, thankfully, but nevertheless). I left the dealership extremely satisfied, and was holding my factory order form in my hand, smiling from ear to ear, and eager to get my car off the lot. What I wasn’t expecting however, was the fact that the car took only 2 months to arrive, and Kiril said it would take 3. I was thoroughly impressed! I have to be honest – I was expecting it to take closer to 4 months, not 2. Of course, once the moment to sign the documents and for me to “fly off” with my winged car, there were no surprises whatsoever, as Kiril kept me updated with every single detail along the way. This is the best experience I have had when it come to buying a car so far! Period! I will make sure to recommend Grand Subaru and Kiril to anyone looking to buy a new car. First oil change was also a breeze and was over with before I knew it. While I was waiting in the waiting area, Kiril saw me, and recognized me by name. Mind you this is a month later! And as the title says 10 out of 10 – excellent experience! I can honestly say I am impressed! Thank you Grand Subaru! Thank you Kiril! More
