Subaru Ascent My wife and I are expecting our second child and we had done some initial research online about 3 row SUVs and put the new Subaru Ascent in the runnin My wife and I are expecting our second child and we had done some initial research online about 3 row SUVs and put the new Subaru Ascent in the running. We were trying to decide between the Ascent and the Infiniti QX60. I never thought I would be a Subaru owner, but we made the plunge and have been extremely happy with the car so far. Kiril was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and took us for a test drive, showing us the features of the car and why it's as highly rated as it is. When we finally decided on the Ascent, we were still between trims of the Limited and the Touring. The entire time, Kiril never pressured us and was always relaxed and willing to answer our questions. We finally decided on the Touring, but waited for the color and interior that we wanted. Brianna helped us with the deposit we put down and again was very helpful and made the process as easy as possible. When we came back to see the actual car and to discuss final pricing, Kiril again was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. When we told him we did not want to purchase the warranty, he understood and there was minimal to no pressure at all. An extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone looking for a car. Bonus was our finance manager who made the money part of the transaction just as smooth. We were in and out in about an hour! More
