Jon Ayala is the service advisor I normally deal with, and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a sales rep that covers a 7 state territory in the Northeast and my Civic is high mileage. I also rely on my Civic to perform reliably when I am in high crime neighborhoods such as the Bronx because if my car breaks down my well being could be jeopardized.
