Horrible service, will never use again! I had contact you few months ago about an issue we are having with our brand new 2019 Honda Pilot EX - Nav. You never responded but I did get conta I had contact you few months ago about an issue we are having with our brand new 2019 Honda Pilot EX - Nav. You never responded but I did get contact by service. So let me give you the run down and the same information will be given to Honda customer care as well. Navigation stopped working in August, we tried rebooting ourselves and no luck Reached out to Service in beggining of Sept., told them I needed to drop car off and get loaner, girl was rude and sad loaners are weeks away. Thats when I contacted you via email. Service reached out to us, and tells me to have my wife come by and a tech will look at it, to see if it is a simple fix. She does so with in 1 week. My wife brings the pilot in, sits for 1/2hr, tech says Nav will not reload, that is needs new unit. They will order and call us. 3 weeks go by, now we are in October, my wife calls. Was told by service that unit never ordered, that Honda will not allow claim. WHAT???? I now get involved. I call and ask to speak to service manager, told not available, get assistant manager Dan Haines on phone. We have a not pleasant conversation, he admits ball was dropped, that no one followed up, that Honda was requesting more info before proceeding, and that they wanted a another type of reprogram performed before they would send part. He set up an appointment with me for 1 week later, 10/16/19 Wed, to drop off and get loaner. I need to do this myself as my wife will not transfer car seat for our 3 year old daughter and only feels safe if I install. SO i have to switch cars with her, bring her car to Yonkers, leave work early to get to dealership before close. I had my only positive experience at drop off, with Kira Bueti. Very pleasant, concerned and seemed to care. Drop off was smooth and loaner easy, they pulled loaner in next to our car so i could transfer everything. Next day Kira calls right away, car is done, reprogram worked, and did oil change at N/C because of all the delays. I would not pick up till friday, so scheduled pickup for friday afternoon. Again, I leave work early in Yonkers on friday and arrive at your service dept at around 4pm. Here is where things are ugly. Place is a ghost town, only 1 service writer. Jon Ayala. He did not pick up his head to speak to me in till I asked for help. Told him I was picking up, that Kira helped me, he stated she was off. Gave our last name and waited. Started taking stuff out of loaner, car seat, stroller etc etc. Needed to us bathroom and I assumed they were bringing my wifes Pilot in. He pointed to were bathroom was. When I came back, still no car, I asked Jon Ayala where is car, he responded asking me did I take care of paper work, I responded I thought he was getting it. He then pointed to the cashier that she had it and huffed. He then walked me to her counter, and pulled out ticket, read the RO and handed me keys. Confused, I asked, where is the car???? He pointed outside. NOW I AM FURIOUS> So i proceed to carry huge car seat, wife's bag, stroller etc out one of the service doors, and have to find my Pilot. which is on other side of parking lot. I made few trips, verbally displayed my disgust and demanded to speak to manager. I was outside in the windy cold loading the car seat for 5-10 minutes. Car was not washed or vacuumed, a total disgrace. When I was done, no one came out to me, I walked in, could not see Jon anywhere. I asked a young lady who was walking bye where the manager was, she said service manager was not in, only Daniel Haines. She then walks and gets him. Dan Haines finally comes to speak with me, said Jon Ayala never got him. I expressed my disgust about everything I already wrote above. He really had no answer. He stated that the never bring customers cars to them inside, I should have requested it. And that service dept never washes cars, only by request???? There is a car wash next to service drive, are you kidding me. He then tells me we need to watch the Navigation as it may fail again??? Are you kidding me?? The whole purpose of getting loaner was so that your service dept. could determine if the reprogram would work, and for me that would mean a few days of letting car sit, but what do I know, I have only been in the Automotive industry for almost 30 years... I ended telling Dan I would be contacting you, and he didnt really seem to care. I also told him thought he didnt care and that he lost my business. Your new service center is beautiful, but man the staffing is horrible, except Kira Bueti was terrific. And in all the back and forth, never heard from Robert Benari, your Service Manager. More

They fixed that, the connecting problem with the phone as well the whole hand free system continues to be a problem. the people in the front, last one being Kira, have been wonderful. I have to say, l am disappointed with my CRV Honda, it’s only a year and 8 months old and it’s giv me a lot problems. First one was when I had it for a week, the navigation , lane departure, and something with the breaks when off because it was snowing. Bad weather it’s when I would like to have all of those extra work for and not fail and give me all these codes. It was really scary, especially because , I was out of state. My whole screen has gone completely inactive more then a few times leaving me unable to connect to Bluetooth or anything. I hope Honda fixes those problems, there’s already too many recalls. My car was also supposed to get wash every time I brought it in for service, yet my car has never been washed. More

Poor work anship I brought our 2009 Accord in for a dead battery..After some time I was told the battery checked out good.By the way this was not the first icedent.lik I brought our 2009 Accord in for a dead battery..After some time I was told the battery checked out good.By the way this was not the first icedent.like this. Ok after some time I was told the battery is ok. I am not leaving without a new battery. After some time the dealership told me I got a new battery. No problem going home and I put the car in the garage. I always right the installation date on the battery and check the terminal well the positive termsnil was very loose and never even cleaned.. I did those few things and called the dealership. . I was told to bring the car in. I told them I am done with you folks.On top of all that they broke the clip for my hood bar. According to the dealership it’s on it way.?..???👎 More

Overall great experience I’ve been going to this dealership for a few years now for multiple times and it’s always a painless experience. The staff is very helpful and insight I’ve been going to this dealership for a few years now for multiple times and it’s always a painless experience. The staff is very helpful and insightful and make sure to carefully review all required and suggested work to be done to my vehicles. My last visit during February 2018 for an airbag recall (plus tire rotation, oil change, and micron filter change) was as easy as you can hope for due to Kira Bueti and the rest of the Brewster Honda staff. Will be returning in a few months for my next regular service. More
