I decided to use Jacksonville Subaru instead of my local Fort Myers Subaru. Kimberly Schneid in Sales made this whole process so easy. Everything was handled in one week by phone and email and Kimberly ended up driving my new car to Tampa to meet us halfway. The usually nightmare paperwork was a breeze and was done in 10 minutes. My husband, who is in the Navy, was home for less than 3 weeks before deploying again, and he had a very tight schedule on the week days and weekends due to his responsibilities preparing for his upcoming deployment. On several occasions staff at Subaru of Jacksonville stayed late for us and went the extra mile in helping us choose, order and receive our new car, with a great military appreciation deal, in time for the whole transaction to be complete before my husband was back underway. I would recommend this dealership to any Subaru-lovers, especially if you happen to be affiliated with the military. More

They had everything taken care of and it was hassle free. I had poor experiences with the personnel at two local dealerships here in Atanta which were both unresponsive and inattentive. They did not have anything on the lot that day so we left, but she called us the next day when a new car was delivered that was what we were looking for. I'll be direct: she was the best she could have possibly been. We had literally gone into Subaru dealerships up and down the east coast looking for the right vehicle, and met with plenty of salespeople. She was the best of them. She knew all about the vehicle, was not pushy or trying to convince us of something we were not comfortable with, and was a downright pleasure to speak to and deal with. I wish I could give her higher than a "5" because she was better than great. We recommend her highly to anybody looking for a vehicle. Once we settled on a price and trade-in, the process was a breeze. The finance department and manager were great and, again, very easy to work with. It was our first new car ever and the process went much smoother than I had ever expected. We are very happy with our vehicle, very happy with the deal we got, and very happy to work with Kimberly and the people at Subaru of Jacksonville. Thank you, Kimberly! More
