After getting my car serviced with Gettel’s Acura Service Dept., over the last several years, I will always have to consider how good other dealership’s service dept. rate with their customers. The Service Dept. at Gettel’s has done a wonderful job servicing my car & in a timely fashion. Also, the service dept. representatives have always been very courteous & helpful. More

Our service advisor, Kimber, was great. She explained what needed to be done, helped us with costs, and even provided a loaner while work was being done. Excellent service! Service was 4 stars. Good, but nothing special. Dealer/Service environment is 2 stars. The waiting area is not nearly as nice as the nearby Lexus dealer’s waiting area. Good, but nothing special. I was impressed not only by the Recall fix, but mostly by Kimber Heath the Assistant Service Manager at Gettel Acura. She is excellent at her job AND at Customer support. She has the rare qualities of a genuine personality, kindness and support, not easy to find in today's world. When I couldn't make my Recall appointment due to illness she was able to fit me in within two weeks and was caring and helpful to me. Thank you. More

I am seriously more impressed by my service advisor, Kimberly Heath, each time I stop in for service. She and the Gettel mechanics who work on my car are absolutely the best team I have ever worked with Kimberly Heath, each time I stop in for service.
