My experience was GREAT! Hello! I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai on Friday, 8/22/14 to just to LOOK at cars to purchase. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jerry Ojed Hello! I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai on Friday, 8/22/14 to just to LOOK at cars to purchase. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jerry Ojeda. He was very personable and friendly! I felt totally comfortable with him after I explained my situation with being involved in an accident which resulted in my insurance company declaring my 2009 Hyundai Accent a total loss. Jerry showed me out to the lot and explained the difference between the Elantra and Accent, but I had my heart set on another Accent. Jerry pointed out a red Accent with beige pin-striping and I fell in LOVE with that car! Took it for a test drive, and I was hooked! Jerry took some information from me to run a credit check, etc. then I met a gentleman by the name of Mike D'Amelio in the finance dept. He introduced himself to me, and explained he was going to run the credit check, and work some numbers and would get back to me shortly. In the meantime, I asked Jerry if there was a vending machine to buy a bottle of water. He told me "no, but I'll get a bottle of water for you." After all was said and done, I drove off the lot with a 2014 Hyundai Accent! I truly love the car and hope to have it for many years to come. Free oil changes for life; can't beat that with a stick!!! I would also like to give shout out to Kim Larsen and Elyse Crawford for their prompt phone calls and emails assisting me with my questions! This is my second time purchasing a car from Lester Glenn. It seems this time was even better than the first time. I originally started out with Stacy and Kim helping me. They made sure the two vehicles I wanted to test drive were there for me. I was trading my vehicle for something newer and I wanted certain features that I didn't have in the last car. When I arrived and spoke with Frank he was as cordial as ever. He gave me over to his salesman John. John sat with me and listened to all I had to say in what I was truly looking for in a car. He arranged for me to test drive the first car with my son. Then we tested the second car. There was no pressure from John and he left us alone to discuss in private anything we wanted. Deciding on the second vehicle, John got the pay off on my vehicle and then proceeded to see what I could get price wise for my trade in. He came up with a figure which wasn't acceptable and went back to the Finance gentleman to try and do a little better for me. Again, the second time wasn't quite there yet in the price I was willing to pay. So after the third time going back to Al we settled on the price. It was a great experience in purchasing a car from them. I was never pressured at all and they were going out of their way to see that i was happy in my choice. After signing the papers with Al, John took me out in the car and explained everything to me showing me what everybutton would do. He was not in a hurry and we took our time. If I ever need to buy another car I would definately go back to Lester Glenn even though I have to drive an hour each way. It is definately worth the trip. I also would have no hesistation in recommending everyone I know to go there if they are looking for a car.You are treated with respect and everyone there is a "10". I can't thank everyone there enough for making me so happy in my new purchase. More

This was the most positive car purchasing experience I've ever had. Ron and Kim were courteous and pleasant on the phone and via email, and my sales representative Karen Morrissey was a pleasure to wor I've ever had. She took all the time I needed, there was no rush, no hard sell whatsoever. She knew the Santa Fe and fully explained all the features of the vehicle. She followed up to ensure that I had no problems and was satisfied with the purchase. Karen was fabulous. I drove an hour to reach this dealership because they had a large inventory of Santa Fes and the trip was well worth it. The dealership made some money, I got a price I liked, and I felt like I was treated fairly and with honesty. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to purchase my next vehicle there. More

My husband and I drove over three hours from PA to NJ to purchase the car and we couldn't be happier. No headlocks , no arm twisting or the many other unpleasantries I have experienced with other auto dealers over the years .Initial contact was made in an email from Kim Larson because I had signed o unpleasantries I have experienced with other auto dealers over the years .Initial contact was made in an email from Kim Larson because I had signed onto the Costco buying program.Very polite and courteous.When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ron Garguilo through the Costco purchasing program . He then assigned Sam Fowler as my sales representative who was very courteous and respectful . I had done most of my research through the internet before making two trips to Lester Glenn on Sundays when I could physically check out the cars before engaging in the buying process. So Sam and I took a ride in two cars . I was very impressed in the Hyundai quality and value . Then we sat down to go over the numbers . That's when Frank Simeone became involved to make sure I understood how the Costco program worked and showed me straight up honest numbers. After we agreed on a price Sherif Elbayer , Finance Manager , sat down with me to explain extended warranties etc. Over all they conveyed an up front honest way to sell you the car you want ! I did get a bit of writers cramp in Sherif's office after signing all the paper work associated with the deal . But in the end he was happy to take my money . Then I was led by Sam over to the ceremonial bell that took me three pulls to ring . By the way make sure you check out the picture on Frank's desk with a Striper Bass that's almost as big as he is ! This was the deal clincher ! Of course Sherif assured me that his fish was larger . Over all it was a great experience at Lester Glenn ! Thanks guys . David More
