Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your time expectations weren't properly met. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our routine maintenance services. Your check in time is set aside for you to speak with a service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our car. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. Again, we quote 90 mins to 2 hours but some days it could take longer depending on the volume of vehicles needing service and service techs available.
