Need more mechanics I have confidence in the work which is done on both our cars. I worked with Kim in the service department and she was great. She kept me informed and I have confidence in the work which is done on both our cars. I worked with Kim in the service department and she was great. She kept me informed and did keep apologizing for the service department having our car from Monday at 7:30 am until to Wednesday at 4:30 pm. That was way too long to have our car. The only two things I can think of is they just put my car aside because I was not waiting or you must have about 4 mechanics and need about 10. The work that was done was fine but you need to correct the waiting period. I could see his happening if I just walked in but I had an appointment which I had made a month ahead so I could have the 7:30 time. More

Everyone that works there is friendly and the service department really takes care of the customers. The second visit was the same experience in and out and they gave me a loaner vehicle without me having to ask. Just overall both visits were great. More

If they tell you 30mins. Expect to be there 3 times as long 25 words isn’t enough! Had car 5 days for warranty work. Gave it back with a jacked up wheel. Great service I took in my 2016 Malibu for a recall and oil change. Very Pleasant as usual I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to mention the loud chirping noise but the Technician found the problem and that was fixed also. Even though my car is four (4) years old it was all covered under warranty which really helped as I lost my job of 38 years in May. They shuttled me down to Viviano's in old Fenton to wait. It was only 9:30 a.m. Kim Hausmann took the time to call them & make sure they were open! Very nice, I had a nice lunch & then was picked up promptly when the car was done. More
