Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your time expectations weren't properly set. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. This time is used to change our oil, rotate your tires, top off any fluids and provide you with a multi point vehicle inspections. In the future, please feel free to utilize our drop off service, our nigh drop option, or our complimentary shuttle service. We hope you have found this information helpful and we cannot wait to see you on your next visit.
