Ms. Harris, Missouri law states that a vehicle has to be brand new and not functioning properly for it to be considered a lemon. Furthermore, you purchased your vehicle in May, without any extended warranties. We sell extended warranties because we cannot predict when a component will fail. Called and was told that the soonest I could get it looked at was February 4th. That is crazy when it was fine when I droped it off.
