Service was very slow. My car was in there over two weeks. When speaking over the phone I asked if the fix made the check engine light go away and I was told yes. Not even 2 days later the check engine light came back on for the same lean code I took it in there for. Unless you contact me and offer to make it right for free, I will never use Jim Butler again or buy a vehicle from you. More

I was experiencing an unusual problem with my car, and the service team said they would have to remove a lot of components to get to and be able to accurately diagnose the problem. That work alone would c the service team said they would have to remove a lot of components to get to and be able to accurately diagnose the problem. That work alone would cost nearly $1000. But Kim and the team.noticed a service record indicating that another dealership had done work in the same area of my car - about the time this new problem first appeared. So Kim suggested I take the car back to the other dealer - because if the other dealer, somehow it made a mistake that caused the new problem, that dealer would probably fix it for free – saving me both $1000 of labor to diagnose the problem, plus the cost of that repair. She didn’t have to do that and I wouldn’t have known any better if they didn’t. I appreciate their honesty!!! More

I thought service cost was very high! I had installed batteries in car fob myself and they were done properly. They worked at time when I came into dealership. . Didn’t understand why cost was $91;to tell me they were working. I had checked locking and unlocking my car doors after changing batteries. I ran an errand after and got message again “remote not detected”. I thought car fob might need to reprogrammed or resynchronized, but they said not so. I had read on the internet that could be the problem of why I was getting “remote not detected” in car a couple of different times that particular week. That was why I came in. Lady who worked with me was very polite and courteous. More
