I can't say the same about behind the scenes management! Two of three vehicles I considered failed pre-delivery inspection causing inordinate delay and misgivings about attention to the customer. Furthermore, the dealership put their sales staff at risk by making inventory available for sale before the product being fully serviced, inspected and customer ready. This is absolutely a poor reflection on upper management, while the sales team deserves gratitude. More

I recently purchased a 2500 ram truck, I was able to negotiate a nice deal and my salesman had good communication with me. My real issue was the delivery. When I arrived to get the car, I noticed that it had not been detailed, although my salesman assured me it would be. I had to put the floor mats in myself after taking them out of the packages. When I asked about the fact that it had not been detailed. My sales person said that the 16 yo in the detail department hadn’t done a good job?( is there really a 16 year old that is in charge of the detailing at this dealership, this was almost a 100k vehicle, I would have expected the vehicle to be immaculate!) There were blue Grease pencil factory inspection marks all over the car, which leads me to believe that the car hadn’t been washed or wiped down or buffed ( or even checked?) There was a mystery part that was in the vehicle that apparently no one knew what it was, so I looked online and was able to identify it as an item to place over the electronics of the tail gate was removed. I never met any sales person other than Issac when I came for delivery. I sort of felt like once I filled out the financing papers, and we did the deal remotely, the vehicle and I no longer a priority. More
