I am a returning customer of Woodbury Nissan since moving to South Jersey 6 years ago. Anthony Lane is a very professional and knowledgeable salesman. I returned my previous lease in the beginning of March and I was 100% satisfied with the amount of care and consideration Woodbury Nissan has for all their clients . I would highly recommend Woodbury Nissan to all my friends and family. Anthony had everything all ready for my new lease for a 2025 Nissan Rogue . I recently had an appointment at Woodbury Nissan and they were super helpful and left me super satisfied. They were very patient and attentive. I recently had another problem with my car non-related to what were super helpful and left me super satisfied. They were very patient and attentive. I recently had another problem with my car non-related to what they worked on in my car and was super stressed about it. I called in and Danny reassured me that it was such an easy fix, I could do it myself over the phone. I was a little uncertain but Danny quickly helped me fix my big problem. I have had this small problem in the past and no one had any answers, HOWEVER DANNY was able to fix that for me within under 5 minutes and over the phone. I am so grateful for all the staff at Woodbury Nissan but even more super duper appreciative for Danny! God Bless you & Thanks so much Danny! Woodbury should be just as grateful as I am to have you!! :) More

I went to Woodbury Nissan to have new tires put on only to show up and the tires weren’t at the dealership, but no one called to tell me so I wasted a trip there. Then I waited an hour for a rental car an to show up and the tires weren’t at the dealership, but no one called to tell me so I wasted a trip there. Then I waited an hour for a rental car and dealt with a rude agent who talked down to me and might have been about 20 years old. Finally, was told I could have the alignment fee waived because I had the inconvenience of making an extra trip to and from there to go home and was told yes, only to be called back 5 minutes later to be told I was “given a rental and didn’t have to replace the gas” so that was enough, at which point my 4 hours of additional time and aggravation was valued at $40 off the price. Finally, I was weaseled into buying some bumper to bumper 75K plan when I purchased the car but apparently it doesn’t cover a thing. Thanks for nothing, Woodbury Nissan, I will never buy another vehicle from you again. More

Bait and Switch specialists Called on 12-27-18 and asked for service manager for price to flash new transmission with disk provided by Nissan parts department with new transmissi Called on 12-27-18 and asked for service manager for price to flash new transmission with disk provided by Nissan parts department with new transmission. Spoke to Kiare. Quoted $120. The next day, brought the car and Kiare was not there and after waiting for an hour and half hour they said they wanted $300 and it would take 2.5 hours to download the disk. (It was an excel file with one line of code). Do not bring your car there. They will either rip you off or waste your time. More
