WAS MISLEAD THROUGHOUT ENTIRE BUYING PROCESS. Neg price down before seeing vehicle bc was very familiar with yr, make, & model. Was PUNISHED for this upon discovering WINDSHIELD busted, & instea Neg price down before seeing vehicle bc was very familiar with yr, make, & model. Was PUNISHED for this upon discovering WINDSHIELD busted, & instead of replacing this pre-existing condition, was told bc I already neg price down, they 'COULD NOT FIX'. We all know they absolutely can, it's relatively inexpensive and IN THE INTEREST OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE for them to do so. Instead they offered to connect me w/ their windshield ppl for deeply discounted rate after I explained I didn't want to spend $25k & turn around & face $500 repair. Replacement quote from their ppl-$550. TO DATE, THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS. Was led to believe 'Stop/Start System' was 'unavailable', i.e. 'not equipped' on my vehicle when actually it is, there's just a problem w/ it, and a light indicating it should be serviced, which they refuse to look into. Day after bringing it home, light appeared indicating 'Service Shifter' and the gear control lights meant to indicate what gear it's in did not light up. To date, they refuse to take a look at this. They did agree to replace 2 tires. It has been almost 2 weeks, I've ASKED REPEATEDLY about the status of the tires arriving and scheduling service with no response. This is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION. More
