I came in to purchase a RAM 2500 for our business. The dealership is one hour away from my home, and I had my eye set on a model that was in stock. Like most, I don't enjoy the car buying process. I arrived and Khalil brought the car out only to come out and tell me it was just sold. As you can imagine, I was upset, angry, and assumed this was a typical bate and switch. I was wrong. Khalil found me another model (in a color that my business partner and I actually wanted) and salvaged the deal by giving me the car 2.2K below MSRP! I was in and out of the dealership in less than 75 minutes. David Kerr, head of finance, didn't waste any time. I told him I was not interested in any add-ons, and we wrapped everything up in not time. David was very knowledgeable and courteous.
