I regret dealing with this people , their customers relation is very very poor , I purchased a car from them and I meet a very good guy that help me out but after I finish my 50,000 mileage I paid for relation is very very poor , I purchased a car from them and I meet a very good guy that help me out but after I finish my 50,000 mileage I paid for the 5 times services and my car was 55,000 miles then ,have called this people twice to book an appointment they keep on giving me excuses I have to paid somewhere else to service my car what is the essence of paying then to you guys , when ever I called for servicing they either gave you 3weeks appointment are you guys expecting me to leave my Car not driving for that 3 weeks ? Now my car mileage is 72,000 plus and they still done have space for just for ordinary oil change this is crazy . I regretted I left Heritage and join jerry very bad experience. I gave you guys 1/10. More

My ordeal is financial. You want to pay attention first and foremost to the other goods and services part of the contract as this is where they add on extra charges. Then th You want to pay attention first and foremost to the other goods and services part of the contract as this is where they add on extra charges. Then the amount quoted as the payoff amount if you are converting a lease contract isn’t what they payoff. They act like they are being helpful but they are just out to make a quick buck. I was supposed to get 45 day grace period which looks like won’t happen as they already kept the last payment from the lease. More
