I’ve been a faithful customer at Honda of Kenosha for several years however I’m not sure I’ll continue. When you bring your vehicle for diagnostics & then move forward with any needed repairs found you’r several years however I’m not sure I’ll continue. When you bring your vehicle for diagnostics & then move forward with any needed repairs found you’re charged the diagnostics fee. I’m learning just about every other shop, even dealerships, doesn’t charge that fee if you move forward with the diagnosed repair. I’ve spent thousands of dollars in maintenance & repairs on more than one occasion. When I’ve asked about any deals or coupons the reply has been, “we can’t give away the farm.” Excuse me, I’m spending a significant amount of money there & that’s the response I get. Then I’m told there’s a coupon on the website that will greatly help me out, it’s for $100 off. Well, that doesn’t greatly help me out. But anything is better than nothing. It’s frustrating I have to ask about any deals after being a faithful customer over the years. Lastly, when I presented to pay & pick up my vehicle the $100 coupon wasn’t even applied to my bill. Luckily another service associate was available at 5pm to help adjust my balance. He was extremely nice & professional in light of being the ONLY associate there at such a busy time of day. I would also like to mention dropping off my vehicle was done with ease. The service associate noticed my service light on. He didn’t just look at the letters & numbers then tell me I needed that maintenance. He looked back at my service history before making recommendations. But I received a call later from Joe who must not have looked at the service history & recommended maintenance I already had completed simply because it was illuminated on my dash. I had to tell him, I believe that was completed already. Gives the impression he only wants to sell service regardless of what is needed. More
