I purchased a 2008 Silverado and this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I drove 4 hours to buy this truck. Kevin Woodall was very professional. Truck was actually at a sister dealership and Kevi purchase I have ever made. I drove 4 hours to buy this truck. Kevin Woodall was very professional. Arrived at dealer after driving two hours to Dothan from Wewahitchka. Friendly and courteous staff, especially salesman Kevin Woodall. Here I am meeting The Three Musketeers Athos, Porthos, and Aramis of Dothan.. Sounds overrated? No. I got a pretty huge low score due to my previous car dealer that gave all my credentials to 14 lenders a and Aramis of Dothan.. Sounds overrated? No. I got a pretty huge low score due to my previous car dealer that gave all my credentials to 14 lenders and pulled it at the same time( you read it right, 14). Came to the dealer and greeted and wait for less than 10 minutes and my transaction begins. They fulfilled their promise of not giving my credentials away to lenders and "Legal Loan Shark". They even convinced me to switch from 2 doors car to a saloon. Now I had some doubt when they said that, but it's all diminished once I drove it on my way home. With their forgiving and soft attitude on loans I was given 1.9% APR, with 600-620 FICO score and considering my down payment is less than 1000(and the APR) that is magical, and a new 2013 Camry SE(not LE although I could go for XLE), They worked with me for four hours just to get me financed and the choice of the car that they offer me was not disappointing at all. Here is the name of the "Musketeers" : Steve Barry, Woodrow Dean, Kevin Woodall Definitely will come back for the next sales next year. Recommended for dealer honesty and fair business ethic? Definitely ! More

We have been happily driving a Honda for years and had pretty much done everything but sign the papers on another one - was actually about to do so. I decided at the last minute however to take a quick look at Toyota but had no intentions on buying one - none. Kevin Woodall quickly changed my from that thought however. Never met him before but Kevin is a great salesman and definitely won me over with a top of the line Sienna. Now, me and my entire family are VERY satisfied customers and couldn't be happier!!! Kevin is definitely the reason why now drive a Toyota and we appreciate him very much for it. He's the man!!! We have convinced several friends over the years to buy a Honda Odysesy. I look forward now to convining them all to go with a Toyota Sienna! More

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle and had decided on a 4Runner. We were promptly greeted at Toyota of Dothan by Josh Hernandez. Josh listened to what we were looking for and took us right to decided on a 4Runner. We were promptly greeted at Toyota of Dothan by Josh Hernandez. Josh listened to what we were looking for and took us right to the vehicle that met our description. We were not hassled like every other dealership we had been to and were treated with respect and honesty which is hard to find. Josh explained every detail we inquired about and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. Once price negotiation started we again didn't feel pressured or forced into anything. Josh worked very hard to get the price where we wanted and helped to make sure we were taken care of all around. We were blown away by the financing we received and were told that Chris Kramer had worked very hard for us and saved us hundreds of dollars a month on the rate we got. We were so pleased with the service we received that I referred my mother to Josh and she drove off the lot in a few days with her own Toyota and she is also very very happy! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

In short. Read the fine print and be prepared for every sales tactic when visiting here. Also. Take pictures of your vehicle after purchase. Anytime I have been to Dothan Toyota I have had EXCELLENT service. I have been so please that I recommended several people there and as a matter of fact my parents bought 2 vehicles after seeing my experienc service. THANK You all so much for being an awsome team. I started there a bad experience with a visit to toyota of enterprise, when i went to dothan toyota my issuse was resolved promptly with my then new sequoia. I really appreciate how all my questions and needs are answered and met. Honestly I have been a Toyota customer since 2010. I have dealt with toyota dealerships from Arizona, Florida and Alabama. Never have i been so pleased as i am with dothan toyota. My last car was purchased with Kevin Woodrow and he was great at helping get into exactly what i wanted.
