Jill Ziehm, the Service Advisor, was excellent! She was knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. Jay Hondas service department where able to fix an Electronic problem I didn’t think they could. I left a note on the dash because the problem only showed itself when the van was cold. Jill Ziehm got its started and the service Manager finished up the repair by getting the latest Electronic updates that were just released. The work done gives me confidence that I can trust them for future work. More
