Worst service ever experienced in 42 years of owning vehicle My truck was in for repairs of the air suspension system, it took well over 2 months to finally get it resolved. Phone calls went unanswered, voice mails weren't returned, numerous service advisers left, with no notifications whatsoever. Had to physically show up at the dealer to find out the status. It finally took a call to FCA regional before anything was done, and then I had to involve the General Manager before they would honor my extended warranty. I don't understand how they are still in business. Kevin Waldrop tried his best to stay on top of this, but he was completely overwhelmed. More

They don't care that they have went to S I've bought over $150000 of cars from Landers in the last 10 years and they have went down hill from 2010 when I bought my first. The service has went from a few days to get an appointment to over a month and the service manager and customer service advisor say that is when the car owner is to bring the car in not when they work on it, The last time I tried to make an appointment the operator never picked up the phone and when I left a message I never even got a call back. I've tried leaving an email and letter for the general manager to explain to him how far the place has gone down hill and he doesn't even get the messages (when I talked to the customer service person she said all of those go through her). I'm stuck with a $55000 Jeep and have to go to a place that I don't want because this place will not fix their problem. I have had problems with their sales, service and finance departments and talked to all their managers before asking to speak to a general manager and NOBODY CARES! More

He went above and beyond finding our Jeep at another dealership out of state and had it in our hands in less than 24 hours. We were done very well on our trade and ending up sending our daughter to by from Joe the following month for her first Jeep. We will definitely use Joe in the future!! More

Their performance and attention to detail has been above and beyond in every respect and in every department. Their depth of product knowledge is impressive. Their advice regarding jeep modifications, accessories and Mopar parts is invaluable and based not only upon education and training but extensive personal experience as well. The process of ordering a new Jeep was seamless. Scott's knowledge, advice and assistance was "spot on" and assured that we were able to get exactly what we needed.
