I had an excellent experience at this BMW service center. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was needed without ever feeling pressured. What really stood out was their pricing — very fair and transparent compared to other places I’ve been. No surprises, just honest recommendations and quality work. On top of that, the entire staff was incredibly kind and professional. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a service center you can trust, but this one absolutely earned my confidence. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest pricing, great communication, and top-notch service for their BMW. I’ll definitely be coming back. More

Warning to fellow BMW owners. BMW Westlake has a pattern of predatory practices. This is now my third frustration with BMW of westlake. Reference my google review for full story from the first two situations. I brought the car in for a misfire/check engine light. BMW diagnosed and discovered that the car had rodent wiring damage. They charge me a diagnosis fee for an obvious visual damage. They soldered two wires and taped it up. Kevin texted me and said it would be $322 plus tax, when I arrived at the dealer to pick up the car, he tried to add $30 in shop fees which I refused. Got home and the rodent nest was still sitting there untouched. Either BMW did this on purpose to attract the rodents back into my engine to cause further damage, or they are completely negligent in the fact that they couldn't clean the area. I live local to BMW Westlake but will not be returning for future service or vehicle sales. More

Both Kevin and Charlie were extremely tentative to myself and my vehicle. It is not new and it is not in perfect shape but it's very special to me.
