Excellent Service from Kwame and Jeff I dread the car buying process based on previous experiences that have been equivalent to getting root canals! I knew I wanted another Murano but did I dread the car buying process based on previous experiences that have been equivalent to getting root canals! I knew I wanted another Murano but did not want to return to the dealership I had worked with previously that used high pressure tactics and were down right rude. Criswell Nissan had come highly recommended so I reluctantly stopped by one afternoon. I met Kwame Otchere and Jeff Greene on my first visit and I knew I was in the right place. They both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My lease is never an easy process as it goes through a company that is based in the South. They helped every step of the way and made it a very easy transaction! When I went to get my oil changed months later, they both recognized and made a point to say hi and ask about my kids, job, etc. It is rare these days to receive a high level of customer service.... If you're in the market for a car, you cannot go wrong with paying a visit to Kwame and Jeff!!! More
