Kevin communicated with me while my vehicle was being serviced and later to go over my service report. I was in and out of the service department in a very timely manner even though there was a temporary malfunction with the hydraulic lifts in the shop. Kevin, kept me well informed and provided great customer service to me and his other customers. It is because of Kevin and his exceptional customer service I will return to Findlay Honda Henderson for all of my vehicle repairs. I will make sure I share my experience with all of my friends and family as well. A big thank you to Kevin Suarez, Carlos Siancas-Copell, who was very helpful while checking out, and Findlay Honda Service department for a great experience. Thanks again and have a great day. Instead of dealing with one knowledgeable salesperson, I was bombarded by seven different people contacting me in just 24 hours. None of them on the same page, and all creating unnecessary stress. The entire process felt disorganized and pushy rather than professional and supportive. More
