I dropped off my car at night but also had booked the appointment online and specified what I wanted done for this service. I got a call first thing in the morning suggesting an additional $1500 in ser appointment online and specified what I wanted done for this service. I got a call first thing in the morning suggesting an additional $1500 in service after declining same when I booked appointment specifics online. Next was still an addtional $250 in service that I neither asked for nor wanted. This does affect my trust in the service department. My last visit in July included a major service that I discussed with the service tech then. Last week, it basically was suggested to pay for all the things I had paid for and more. My truck's canopy was damaged during a service call. During the repair of the canopy, the body shop damaged the rear window. He was a pleasure to work with and represented Victory Toyota very well. I appreciate Kevin's excellent customer service and thank him for his fairness and integrity. I also would like to recognize Trevor who ensured that my final repair appointment went smoothly. Trevor handled my check in and check out processes seamlessly and communicated the status of my repair very well. Thank you to both Kevin and Trevor for a great experience! More
