This rating is not for the sales side of the dealership, but the service department. If possible, I'd give this department a minus star rating. My second disappointing experience to date at this place. Not to return. I brought my Jeep Wagoneer in for an engine issue, overheating. It took two days to evaluate the cause: a faulty thermostat, a known issue due to cheap plastic parts. Friday afternoon, of course I had to initiate the call, I was told that the part is in stock and vehicle would be ready on Monday. Monday went without a call. I called back on Tuesday, my advisor was not in, and I was told someone else would check for me and call back. On Wednesday, I called the service department again. No call back. Then I reached out to the sales department (Lukas), thinking the sales side would be interested in hearing about the poor performance on the service side of things. That didn't do any good either. I followed up with the service manager, pleading for some information and an update on my vehicle. His response was, "the technician is working on it and will let us know when it is done", no update on WHEN IT WILL BE DONE. Throughout this whole ordeal, I received two callbacks, one was to say "the part is hard to install" and "we had other emergencies", and finally, a text message on Friday afternoon telling me the vehicle is ready for pickup. 5 days after it was promised, for a job that takes 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the experience of the technician.
