Not that impressed So far I am not impressed with this dealership. First, my sales person did not inform me he was leaving Rapids Honda the following day, therefore when So far I am not impressed with this dealership. First, my sales person did not inform me he was leaving Rapids Honda the following day, therefore when I returned with an issue the next day I was caught off guard when I was told he didn't work there anymore. He had promised he would take care of somethings for me and wasn't honest about that. When I relayed what he promised to other sales personal I was told that wasn't an option. Second, I felt I was pushed into buying add on's to my vehicle, being told they were already applied to the vehicle so I would have to pay for them. Third, I've had questions and issues that have been ignored by the used sales department. I was told my issue would be looked into and haven't received any resolution and when I've tried to contact, I've received no response back. More

Used car manager only cares about profit of screwing over his customers. I bought a car which they failed to fix an antifreeze smell which Roger said they would fix. I asked the manager to give my money b his customers. I bought a car which they failed to fix an antifreeze smell which Roger said they would fix. I asked the manager to give my money back as they failed to hold up the agreement of fixing the smell of antifreeze. They had my car in their shop for a week to fix it which I came to pick it up twice after they said it was ready with it not being ready. Still to return it to me with check engine light on telling me I need to pay $1400 to fix it. The first time I tried to leave after they replaced the thermostat it was spraying antifreeze out of the overfill tank. Sad that a dealer would screw someone over during these days. I just want the car fix or my money back to buy a different car. Still not ok or happy with this deal. I would not trust them. More
