The only thing I wasn't pleased with is that I booked my appointment online and received a text confirmation that the 10:00 AM appointment time slot The only thing I wasn't pleased with is that I booked my appointment online and received a text confirmation that the 10:00 AM appointment time slot was reserved for only to receive a call approximately 90 minutes before my appointment to tell me that my appointment time wasn't available and that I had to be moved to an afternoon appointment time. It seems that there is some problem with online appointment bookings that needs to be resolved because this isn't the first time I have experienced this issue when booking online. Other than that, everything went well. The staff was professional and courteous and the waiting room accommodations were comfortable. More
