Rossi is great, he tends to all issues my car may encounter. Service personnel need to be more attentive to all things that may be wrong with my car when it is in the shop. I like to know all things encounter. Service personnel need to be more attentive to all things that may be wrong with my car when it is in the shop. I like to know all things wrong with my car so it can be repaired, in a timely manner - this is the reason I come to an MB service center and not any random mechanic. I would appreciate service personnel looking at my car totally, not overlooking things not on the list. Thanks! Overall, I am satisfied with AC MB. More
