I absolutely detest buying a new car. I always get the feeling I'm being taken. My experience at Hyundai 110 was quite different. I met Kevin on my first trip and we connected. He was very knowledgeable about the product and addressed my concerns. Matt the sales manager was equally attentive and helpful. Tom the finance manager presented the add on products but listened to my reasons for not purchasing any add ons and didn't try to tell me I was making a mistake which is what finance guys at other dealers do. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Hyundai 110 to friends and family. If I find myself in the market for another Hyundai I would go to Hyundai 110 again. More

We waited so long, car wash took 2 hours and then finance department took 2 hours, numbers were totally different from what they deal with us a day before and many hidden charges, the break of those charges department took 2 hours, numbers were totally different from what they deal with us a day before and many hidden charges, the break of those charges were in lease agreement. They lied at first place and then came down with numbers after so many arguments but Kevin Ried was very nice and cooperative, overall not a good experience. More

This was my second lease with Hyundai 110. I went back because Kevin Reid handled me exceptionally well with the first lease. Once again, he was superb in advising me & setting me up with the Elantra I preferred- 2025 Intense Blue sport. He was the reason I stayed with 110 & didn't go to the 3 other Hyundai dealers I went to for my first lease. He is professional & doesn't make you feel pressured into decision making. Everyone I dealt with welcomed you with a smile and professionalism.Both Gerard and Kevin Reid explained everything that I understood completely. And when I had questions as well. The whole staff is v professionalism.Both Gerard and Kevin Reid explained everything that I understood completely. And when I had questions as well. The whole staff is very professional and greeted you with a smile even though they didn't deal with you. I highly recommend this dealership. In the future when I do decide to buy a new vehicle this is where I will be. Kevin Reid has a wonderful personality. I have dealt with him in the past when he sold my father his vehicle. And that's why I saw him when I bought mine. He really is a pleasure to deal with. Just as well with the rest of the staff that I have conversed with. More

After picking up the vehicle on Monday 10/14/24, I was grateful to have the car finally repaired after the 3rd attempt/appointment (i.e. 1st appointment I wasn't told that a diagnostic of the vehicle coul grateful to have the car finally repaired after the 3rd attempt/appointment (i.e. 1st appointment I wasn't told that a diagnostic of the vehicle couldn't be completed on a Saturday, 2nd attempt the diagnostic was completed/part ordered and the 3rd appointment was for the installation of the part. I was appreciative to have the car finally back with no indicator lights displayed on the dashboard. The very next day on 10/15/24, the owner of the car had to be picked up from the hospital, I was glad to be picking her up in her very own repaired car only to see the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT come back on outside of the ER. Not knowing whether to cry or be mad....I removed and replaced the gas cap to see if it was a fluke and hopefully remove the light from being displayed on the dashboard (as I am not a mechanic and was entrusting the dealership on 110 to find and repair this issue). So I parked the car for a few days and decide d to drive the car today only to see the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT back on. I don't know what to do at this point. The dealership was paid approximately $508 (after previously paying approximately $224 eariler) to fix this issue on Saturday 10/12/24. When they had a difficult time fixing the issue they held d the car over to Monday 10/14/24. All three indicators were supposedly fixed on 10/4/24... only to have the same issue of this light coming on and off as earlier as 10/15/24. If you would like to receive pictures of the light displayed on the dashboard next to the mileage just let me know. More
