i was told multiple times by Brian Leon that finance made a mistake that resulted in my original signed agreement being terminated and having to go back again to sign for a higher interest rate. Every day following was terrible communication. Brian leon called me to get me change the bank lender and i felt rushed by him to make a decision when it was a mistake made on Hondas end. Once i gave Honda the go ahead that i would finance through them days later i got a notification through my credit app saying they tried to RUN MY CREDIT WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Honda then had our sales person Kevin call me asking me to unlock my credit without even explain why besides that they need to close this deal soon. Seems like they were only concerned about themselves. I do not understand how the finance manager is able to make such a mistake and then the sales manager to poorly communicate with the customer to solve this problem. i would never buy a car from this honda dealership again. The only person who profusely apologized was my sales person Kevin who was amazing at his job. More
