I greatly appreciate the friendly and high quality service. My only critiques are the challenges of scheduling with a call that goes to a bot. My service was good, the dealership is nicely kept, the staff is great. Choosing to charge a connivence fee for CC processing is very annoying to me. I understand to some degree why they are doing it but I staff is great. Choosing to charge a connivence fee for CC processing is very annoying to me. I understand to some degree why they are doing it but I dislike it and it will cause me to shop around. I realize the economy is tough but it is tough on your customers as well. In a society where we were almost forced into a cashless society now we are bringing penalized for paying with a card? I guess we can all back to writing checks and the dealership can go back to paying employees to process the paper checks and incur the risk of bad checks. I guess we will wait and see how it works out. In the meantime time I will not pay pay a CC fee. More
