We bought a new car the same week at a competing dealership. Their process, salesman & assistance was 100% better than your dealership. We brought in our 2016 Tucson, paid for a diagnostic inspecti dealership. Their process, salesman & assistance was 100% better than your dealership. We brought in our 2016 Tucson, paid for a diagnostic inspection, they flat out refused to give us the computer printout of the diagnostic (even though we paid $250 for it…we got some generic papers that explained what was wrong.). They told us it would be $14,000+ to repair! Then used that to justify that we would get zero for the trade. The salesman didn’t know how to set up the things we needed in the car or answer our questions about some of the items available on the car. We finally talked to the sales manager who helped us get something for the trade & closed the deal. (Our original salesman also didn’t know about the 0% financing that Hyundai was offering at the time.) We spent from 9:30am-4:30pm the day we signed, & several hours two other days getting everything figured out. We were in & out with our other new car at the other dealership in under 3 hours! We loved our 2016 Tucson that we purchased up north. Their service department was honest & respectful. Not getting that same vibe from your establishment. More
